Getting started with the Dashboard

The DeepAffex™ Dashboard is our web-based management tool primarily intended for developers and system administrators. This allows authorized users to securely monitor an Organization’s private account on the DeepAffex™ cloud.

DFX Dashboard tool: Maximum visibility and control

The DFX Dashboard applies Role-Based-Access (RBA) authorization criteria to provide secure management for an Organization’s collection of raw data, measurement results, logs, study configurations, subject/participant information, user accounts, groups and policies, storage and utilization levels and other relevant aspects.

Resource bar (explore)

The Dashboard UI layout has been thoughtfully crafted in such as way that facilitates intuitive navigation for its users. All features and capabilities covered by the tool are clearly presented to the user on a handy resource bar that is always accessible on the left margin of the display screen.

Studies (configuration, overview and detail)

Structured access to the parameters for any/all studies for which participants are providing measurements data/results under the Organization’s account. User can sort and filter Studies by date and names, DFX Lead and user roles with higher level of permission can edit Studies.

Licenses (overview and detail)

Review licenses that have been issued to the Organization’s account. User can sort and filter Licenses by date, type or current status.

Devices (configuration and overview)

Review attributes for any/all devices that are registered to create measurements under the Organization’s account. DFX Researcher and user roles with higher level of permission can view Device, DFX Lead and user roles with higher level of permission can activate and decommission any device, they can sort and filter Devices by date, type, version, or name.

Measurements (overview and detail)

Review up-to-date measurement(s) info/results accumulated under the Organization’s account. Measurement results can be also downloaded as CSV (text) file from Details page. User can sort and filter Measurements by date, DFX ID, participant, status, mode or study names.

Participants (configuration, overview and detail)

Structured access to the attributes, measurement counts etc. for any/all participants whose measurements reside under the Organization’s account. DFX Researcher and user roles with higher level of permission can view and edit Participants profile details, they can sort and filter Participants by date, DFX ID, and Participant ID.

Users (configuration, overview and detail)

Structured access to the configuration attributes for any/all users who are registered under the Organization’s account. DFX Lead and user roles with higher level of permission can view and edit User details, they can sort and filter Users by date, DFX ID or roles.

Groups (configuration, overview and detail)

Structured access to the group attributes and policies used to restrict the scope of access under the Organization’s account. DFX Lead and user roles with higher level of permission can manage and edit Group, they can sort and filter Groups by policy types.

Export Results (configuration)

Structured measurement results could be exported in either HDF5 or CSV (text) format based on the export option of study, user or organization. DFX Lead and user roles with higher level of permission can view Export Results.
